Scheduling Your Appointment
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
Dr. Travis Hunsaker and team provide many types of dental services, so the length of your appointment may vary. We pride ourselves on punctual service, but emergency cases may arise and cause delays. If so, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We can also arrange payment plans through either CareCredit or Lending Club.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Invoices are sent every month. Most insurance companies take four to six weeks to process claims, so your statement may not reflect your insurance payment. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within the four to six-week time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
At Hunsaker Dental we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
As a convenience for our patients, we accept most insurance companies. We are Preferred Providers for Regence Blue Cross and Blue Shield and are Premier Providers for ODS and Delta Dental. We are also contracted with Metlife, Aetna, Unicare, United Concordia, Assurant, Guardian, and United Healthcare.
We do everything we can to help you stay informed about your insurance coverage. However, we do not make any guarantees about your insurance coverage. If you have any problems or questions about your insurance coverage, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date and are always happy to assist you.
